VMON offers a selection of building management services to clients by remotely controlling gates and access barriers via the CCTV transmission equipment. Intercoms can be linked to the control room allowing staff access to the site by pressing the intercom before giving their name and password to the controller who would then open the door or gate at the push of a button. This is another example of how CCTV monitoring can provide a more cost-effective alternative to manned guarding.
